"Little Auke Bear" is a reflection of Rio's first impressions of life in Alaska. It depicts his firsthand account of bears fishing in the river and nights aglow under the Northern Lights, capturing the surreal fantasy of the Last Frontier.

Named after his first home in Alaska, Auke Bay, this piece holds special significance — it was the proposal work that led directly to the creation of both Auke Bear and Auke Bear Mural. Owning this print means owning the origin story of the entire series.
